1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to PetManifest Technologies Ltd's platform ("PetManifest", "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use PetManifest on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
PetManifest provides tools for pet care coordination, including household workspaces, pet records, business operations, dispatch, billing integrations, and offline-capable field logging. Features vary by account type and subscription tier.
We may add, change, or remove features. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing household or staff access.
- You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
- One person must not share login credentials across unrelated users.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
- Upload malware or attempt to bypass security controls
- Access data belonging to households or businesses you are not authorised to view
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the platform without written permission
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or regulatory status
Business users remain responsible for compliance with local pet care licensing, employment, tax, and animal welfare laws.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid tiers are billed according to the plan selected at registration or checkout. Prices may be shown in GBP, EUR, or AED before applicable taxes. Annual plans billed upfront receive the advertised discount relative to twelve monthly payments.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
- Failure to pay may suspend access to paid features after reasonable notice.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload (pet records, photos, notes, documents). You grant PetManifest a limited licence to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and the users you authorise.
You must have the rights to upload content and must not upload material that infringes third-party rights or contains unlawful content.
7. Confidential household information
Household security details and care instructions may be sensitive. Owners control which members can view or edit records. Sitters and staff must use access only for legitimate care purposes.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties such as Stripe and map providers. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms. PetManifest is not responsible for third-party outages outside our control.
9. Disclaimers
PetManifest is operational software, not veterinary, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for care decisions, emergency responses, and regulatory compliance. The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PetManifest Technologies Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to PetManifest in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or £100 if no fees were paid.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security risk, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, subject to applicable data retention in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights.
